Items bought together can ship from different warehouses, so they may arrive in separate parcels. If one turns up first, don’t worry, the rest is on its way.

Double-check your address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We can’t guarantee a refund if a parcel goes to an incorrect address.
Missed a delivery?
Your parcel will be held at your local delivery office for 7–18 days. Delivery notices aren’t always left, so keep an eye on your tracking.
